Delete your account in the app
- Open ConstaLink.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Privacy & Security.
- Choose Delete account.
- Review the event and content impact shown in the app.
- Confirm deletion and complete any required Google, Apple, or email reauthentication.
What deletion does
- Deletes your Firebase Authentication account after successful reauthentication.
- Deletes your ConstaLink profile, username reservation, notifications, favorites, and profile image.
- Deletes events you own after confirmation, including related event media records and files where permitted.
- Removes you from events you joined but do not own.
- Anonymizes your uploader identity on shared content that remains in events owned by someone else.
If you cannot access ConstaLink
Email support@constalink.ca from the email address connected to your ConstaLink account and include "Delete my ConstaLink account" in the subject.
For security, support may need to verify account ownership before completing a deletion request outside the app.
